Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade anytime and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrade at the end of your billing cycle.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card required to start.

What if I have more than 500 employees?

Contact us for custom enterprise pricing. We'll build a plan that fits your organization's needs.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Pay annually and get 2 months free (17% discount).

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Annual plans can also pay by invoice/ACH.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access through the end of your billing period. We don't do long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use AWS infrastructure with SOC 2 compliance. See our Security page for details.

Do you offer refunds?

If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll refund your payment in full. After 30 days, we don't offer refunds but you can cancel anytime.
